City reports $58+ million in new taxable valuation in 2018
The City of Johnston is proud to report 2018 as a solid growth year for our community, led by $58.4 million in new taxable valuation. This includes 72 new single-family homes and $8.2 million in commercial projects. Additionally, the City focused considerable efforts in 2018 on the NW Saylorville Drive Annexation and the Johnston Town Center project, both of these projects are poised to set the City for further growth and prosperity for many years into the future.
