City of Johnston Proposed Public Safety Building

Why does Johnston need a new public safety building and second fire station?

The City of Johnston is considering a plan to build a public safety building at Merle Hay Road and NW 63rd Place to replace the existing police and fire stations. The project will also involve the construction of an additional fire station to improve response times for fire and rescue calls in the western portion of our community. The following provides additional information.
