With the program, residents are educated about crime prevention and what can be done to keep their neighborhoods safe. Through regular meetings and communication, neighborhood residents are provided with ideas and suggestions, such as keeping garage doors closed to reduce break-ins and other timely topics.
Neighborhoods, such as Newport Vista where a Neighborhood Watch Program has been established, are encouraged to join the Johnston Neighborhood Watch program. |
