Fees and Deadlines

Applicants wishing to submit an application must include the applicable review fee with the application. 

• Fee Schedule (approved May 2007) .

All applications will be reviewed based upon their submittal date and upon the following review schedules.  Please note that these schedules may be subject to change as circumstances may require.

• 2008 Deadlines for Board of Adjustment Actions
• 2008 Deadlines for Site Plans, Preliminary Plats & Final Plats

Please note, parties wishing to submit an application for a variance or special use permit applications must arrange a pre-application meeting with staff to discuss the application.
