Contractor Registration Application

Before beginning mechanical, electrical or plumbing work in the City of Johnston, contractors must be licensed with the State of Iowa and registered with the city. Every contractor must register renew their registration each year. This form can be used for electrical, plumbing and mechanical registrations.
