Administration is responsible for managing City finances, maintaining City records, the City Code, and City Council proceedings. This office is also where you will find billing information on utilities such as water, solid waste, storm water, and sewer services. Various fees and permits are issued through the City Clerk's office such as: alcohol permits, liquor licenses, and a range of business permits.
