August 31, 2016 - JOHNSTON POLICE INVESTIGATIONS #16-000953
The Johnston Police Department is attempting to identify the persons pictured in connection with a criminal investigation involving a shoplifting that occurred on August 9th at a Johnston Kum & Go convenience store. According to the report, on Tuesday, August 9th two males entered the Kum & Go convenience store at 6130 NW 86th Street at approximately 01:50am. Before leaving the store one of the males is alleged to have picked up two bottles of alcohol and exit the store without making payment for them. Witnesses described the person as being a light-skinned Black male, approximately 5’08” tall and weighing 150 pounds with short black hair. The subject was wearing shorts and a black and gray colored hooded sweatshirt. The second male remained in the store briefly and claimed to not be associated with the other male. The second male is described as being a dark-skinned Black male, approximately 5’09” tall and weighing 160 pounds with cornrow braided hair. The subject was wearing black shorts, white t-shirt and a white colored visor.
The Johnston Police Department is attempting to identify these subjects so that they can be questioned regarding any possible knowledge or involvement they may have had in the described activity.
