Ignit Johnston Site Plan and Building Elevations Elevation Revisions and PUD Amendment; 5346 Merle Hay Road (Working address)
April 13, 2023
The site plans for Ignit Johnston, a 208,500+/- square foot recreation facility at 5346 Merle Hay Road (working address), were approved by the Johnston City Council in February of 2022. Ignit Johnston, LLC has requested amendments to building elevation drawings affecting proposed exterior building materials. A minor amendment to the Planned Unit Development is also requested to facilitate the material changes. NO CHANGES ARE PROPOSED TO THE ALLOWED USES OF THE PROPERTY.
